I know I have an overdue apartment update post to share with you guys but the thing is…. It’s not done *insert tears here*. For the design lovers like myself, we all have been through the “not quite there stage” and mine is really dragging. There are certain pieces & projects I see in my head that deserve to be in my apartment but the way my schedule and wallet is set up, they just have to wait. My apartment IS nice and IS really close to what I want but there are some areas that need special moments and for whatever reason I just haven’t been able to commit to anything.
One of these places is the empty space above my bed and my bedding. I want something that stands out and up until recently I hadn’t found anything that I love. Well Dwell Studio to the rescue. They have a Brass structure that is going to fit perfectly with my bedroom decor. I’m excited 🙂 Now to save up the $500 to buy it… You think they have #sales??? LOL

Hmmm maybe you could make one with skinny wood dowels and triangles that you’ve pianted with gold spray paint ( I recommend Rust-Oleum ( even though they don’t pay me to say that, lol!). Totally do-able 😉 Unless of course you have welding equipment?…
