Some Things Never Change

Hi guys… *waves* I feel like I haven’t had a chatty post in a while and I know the post have been spaced out (I’m sowwy) but it’s summer time and I’ve been a doing a lot of just enjoying life you know? Its like we wait for the fall/winter fashion all year, wear our leather jackets and gorgeous boots for 3 months and then comes the snow and cold and winter seems to go on for forever and our precious summer comes and we get crazy. I really try to take advantage of the summer, lazy days at the beach, weekend trips, concerts, brunches, rooptops… summer in NY is the absolute BEST. Also truth be told, when its 80 + degrees outside, I’m a put-on-whatever-will-keep-me-from-embarrassingly-sweating kind of girl so Im not too interested in summer trends.

Anyway, I turned 20’something this past month and I realized that my style over the past 5 years, heck even 3 years has completely changed. I basically hate 63.98% of my closest. Outside of my outerwear, some of my pants/skirts, and silk button up collection, everything else can go. Also,the older I get the more settled I am in my womanly shape and the realization that I don’t look good in a lot of my old clothes. I have a couple more years until I’m the big 30 but I hope to have a chic, streamlined wardrobe by then. The goal is for all items in my closet to wearable with another, so I can always grab any shirt, pants, skirt, jacket and it all matches.

I say all of that to say one thing that has never changed is my love for white shirts, button-ups, silk and flowy, cropped, t-shirts I can’t get enough of them and I think everyone should have go-to white tops in their wardrobe. As the true shopper I am, I’m on the search for new white additions and I found a couple to share. Let me know which ones you like!
